Working in Naperville
Most of Naperville is built out, so the clearing work here is different from farm country: an overgrown lot being readied for a new house, a wooded back section along the DuPage River, or a larger property toward the south end of town that has been left alone for years.
A forestry mulcher suits that kind of job. It takes brush and small trees down to mulch where they stand, so there are no burn piles and no trucks of debris running through the neighbourhood.
This is the far east edge of where we work, so it makes sense for a full lot, a larger parcel or a few days of work, rather than a small trim job. Call with the address and we will tell you straight whether it is a fit.
What we get called for here
- Land Clearing. Wooded or neglected acreage opened back up for pasture, food plots, or a building site.
- Forestry Mulching. Standing brush and saplings ground into cover in one pass. Nothing burned, nothing hauled.
- Site Preparation. Ground stripped, cut and packed into a pad that will hold a building.
- Grading & Land Leveling. Low spots filled, high spots cut, water sent where you actually want it.

Do you work year-round?
Yes. Mulching and clearing carry on through the colder months, and winter is often the better time for it — the ground is firm, there are no leaves in the way, and you can see what you’re working with. Snow plowing runs through the same season.
How long does a job take?
Small jobs — a fence row, an overgrown lot, a driveway regrade — are often a day or less. An acre of heavy, mature growth takes considerably longer than an acre of light brush. You’ll get a realistic time estimate along with the price, not an optimistic one.
Do I need to be there while the work is done?
Not usually. What matters is that the boundaries are clear and we agree beforehand on exactly what’s coming out and what’s staying. Marking anything you want left — a good tree, a well head, a buried line, a property pin — is time well spent.
What size jobs do you take?
Anything from a single overgrown lot up to multi-acre clearing and full site work. Smaller jobs closer to home are easy to fit in; smaller jobs at the far edge of the service area are best paired with other work in the same week.
